i) ESSENTIAL:
a) MD/MS Degree in Ayurved from a University established by law or a statutory Board/Faculty/Examining Body of Indian Medicine or its Equivalent as recognized under Indian Medicine central Council Act,1970.
b) A Post-graduate qualification in the subject/specialty concerned included in the schedule to Indian Medicine Central Council Act,1970.
c) Qualification for Teacher of Sanskrit: A postgraduate degree in Sanskrit recognized by UGC. Preference to candidates with B.A.M.S. and M.A. (Regular) in Sanskrit.

ii) ELIGIBILITY:
a) Professor:Ten years teaching experience in concerned subject Or Five years teaching experience as Associate Professor (Reader) in concerned subject Or Ten years research experience in regular service in Research Councils of Central Government or State Government or Union territory or University or National Institutions with minimum five papers published in a recognised journal.
b) Associate Professor/ Reader: Five years teaching experience in concerned subject or Five years research experience in regular service in Research Councils of Central Government or State Government or Union territory or University or National Institutions with minimum three papers published in a recognized journal
c) Assistant Professor (Lecturer): With the age not exceeding forty-five years, no teaching experience is required. Lecturer will be treated as Assistant Professor.
d) Assistant Professor (Sanskrit): With the age not exceeding forty-five years, no teaching experience is required. Lecturer will be treated as Assistant Professor.
e) Medical Superintendent: The Medical Superintendent shall be post graduate in Kayachikitsa or Panchakarma or shalya Tantra or Shalakya Tantra or Prasuti- Streeroga or kaumarbhritya or Agadtantra or Manasaroga and Rasayana – Vajikarana with minimum ten years of professional experience in which at leats three years of administrative experience as Head of the Department or Deputy Medical Superintendent or Vice Principal: or Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and surgery graduate with master of Business Administrative in Hospital Administrative with ten years of experience as deputy Medical Superintendent in Ayurveda Hospitals or as Hospital Administrator or Human Resource Manager in National Accreditation Board for Hospitals accredited Multi-speciality Hospital.

This Institute intends to engage services of the following post purely on contractual basis for the collaborative project sponsored by CCRAS, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, New Delhi, & RARI Nagpur, under the scheme of SMART 2.0 titled “ Effectiveness and safety of AYUSH –LND (coded Ayurvedic Formulation) in the management of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (Asrikdara): an open label single arm prospective clinical study” for till the completion of the project. The qualifications and other conditions are given below:

Essential: BAMS degree from Recognized University /Institute.
Age limit : Maximum 35 years as on 04.03.2025
Desirable :
1. Preference will be given to those who possess higher qualification viz., M.D./ M.S.(Ayu.) or who have previous research experience i.e. having worked for any research project funded by the Ministry of AYUSH, ICMR, CSIR, DST or equivalent organization.
2. Skills or drafting editing of scientific documents/articles/ technical reports etc.
3. Publication in peer reviewed journals
4. Knowledge of computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
5. Maintenance of drug inventory.
6. Draft article for publication.

General Conditions:
|
1. Age limit of the candidate will be determined as on the date of interview, relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC as per Govt. rules.
2. Engagement will be initially for a period of Six Months which shall be extended or reduced on performance basis and the discretion of the Competent Authority.
3. Appointment is a conterminous for till the completion of the project.
4. The engagement to above post will be purely on contractual basis and no right to claim for continuation or regularization of appointment.
5. Applicants should bring their Bio-data along with original certificates, experience certificate etc. with a set of photocopies and recent passport size photograph at the time of interview.
6. No TA/DA will be paid for attending in interview.
7. Participants who have previous experience of working in such projects of CCRAS will be given preference.
